add a html to admin panel

Hi all,

actually I have a module, which lets me to put a html box wherever I like in front end of Opencart under a chosen layout , But I need to add an html in some part of back end in admin panel rather than in customer side (account, information, ...).
I use a customer_support module which lets me to get the customer feedback, and answer them in admin panel, Now I want to define and show some rules not to customers but to admins in top of this form (list) in admin panel, to learn how we can answer the customer questions and so on,...
If I could reach my meaning, please help me how I can put html in top of a list, form (or template) of back end (admin panel).
