Free Shipping

Hi,

Can I request to put a field for free shipping. I like put some product to offer free shipping on them.

e.g. i like to sell laptop with free shipping but i like sell ram with shipping.

So make your free shipping module so the cost is below the cost of the laptop but above the cost of the RAM.

A common solution to this is to use a 0 weight for free shipping products, and then use Weight Based Shipping to create a rate like:

0:0.00, 1:3.00, 2:5.00, etc.

That way the shipping will be free is the cart weight is 0, and the free shipping products won't affect the cost if other products are in the cart.

i have done this where i put weight 0 for free shipping but it would be nice to have field when added products and also you can put time on to.

e.g. from 1 jan 2014 to 15 jan 2014 free shipping on this product.
