USPS HELP PLEASE

ok Im trying to setup my USPS shipping and in the admin it just ask for my USPS username NO PASSWORD so I fill it all out hit save..

then I go to my website http://www.shepherdsmokehouse.com to do a test run and I keep getting this message.
Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect.

Any help please I have tried all I know and USPS will not provide me any support.

You don't need a password. You don't even need a username. You need an ID. It should be in an email to you from USPS when you register for small business api.

I'm new to all of this. So new I could not find where I could go to ask a question (start a new post). So I'm asking here hoping someone who may have had the same issue could help me with my USPS issue and even tell me where I could start a post if this don't work or for next time.

This is what I've done so far:
1) Went to https://www.usps.com/business/web-tools ... elcome.htm and register for U. S. Postal Service's Web Tools APIs.
2) I received an email from registration@shippingapis.com with a subject line "Important USPS Web Tool Registration Notice" In that email they gave me a username and a password.
3) Following the directions of other posts I called (1-800-344-7779) and asked to be moved to a productions server.
4) Then I went back to my OpenCart admin Extensions >Shipping> I uninstalled all shipping method and install USPS. I enter in my Username that I received in the above mentioned email. Enter my zip code, check the domestic services I wanted, skipped international services, selected a size, selected a container, tried yes and no for machinable (don't know what that is, maybe someone can tell me what that is too), put in dimensions, picked an options for display delivery time, picked an option for display deliver weight, selected a weight class, selected taxable goods, selected all tax zone, Enabled status, Put 1 for sort order, selected enable for Debug mode (not %100 sure about what this is. Think it just save shipping info somewhere).
5) Went to my website and added an item to my cart and hit "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" Enter in destinations and got "Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect."

Not sure what to do next I looked a bunch of post and viewed for youtube videos. Nothing helped. Do I need to fix something with my taxes first? Do I need to edited something in the coding? If so can someone give me a step by step? I know enough that I made my own templet for opencart and edit a few .css files to change color schemes and small stuff. I don't know much but I can follow directions well. Any help will be appreciated.
