This is essentially the "Options" , I get this much
I am able to set up options in my demo store and show them as well
(when the product is clicked & Product page opened.. guess I got it right so far)
How do I get my options to show like this?
I am not able to make out what extension / module is being used.
Can anyone please help.

it looks like a atandaard product option to me wich can be created in opencart for the products.
In opencart it can not be shown in categorie list.
