Hello, I just finish the website in which I was working: www.luxeprivatecollection.com/upload/.

Everything works perfectly fine. The only thing that I am having trouble with is when somebody wants to buy a product in the FEDEX Shipping it says ERROR (IN RED).

Does anyone knows why this is happening?

I just spent a couple hours digging through, and fixed the same issue on my site.

1) Make sure you go to the Fedex Developer Resources (http://www.fedex.com/us/developer/web-s ... index.html) and move to production. When you get through the process, make sure to grab the key they give you.

2) They will email you the rest of the details you'll need, including password and account number.

3) In the Fedex setup for Opencart, put in the key you grabbed at the end of the move to production piece. For the password, use the password that Fedex emailed you. Account number and meter number are in that email as well.
