Canada Post Module getting wrong dimensions and weight

OC v1.5.1.3 with Canada Post Module
Canada Post Sell Online is receiveing the wrong values after an order is placed.
If a customer buys Qty 4 items (each 47x10x10cm and 0.24Kg) the combined size of the parcel should be 47x20x20 and 0.96Kg).
However SellOnline receives value of 47x10x10 and 0.48Kg and so calculates a shipping fee way too low for the order.
Individual Package Mode is set to No and a standard box with dimensions 47x20x20 0.96Kg is set up with Canada Post SellOnine.
The values in the product item are correct so what can be doing this?
