My client wants bizar checkout/shipping method

Hello

shipping fees for some items must be calculated by store owner and
some calculated by geozones and item count.
Some are free.

How to change opencart to get this ?
Customer gets after checkout a simple email confirmation without any price
Store owner gets an email with same information.
Then he logs in as admin and put in right shipping fee and
fire up email to customer with detailed email. Ok ist compl
Which extension do this ?

In situations like this, the easiest way to do this in my opinion is to enable Free Shipping (retitled to something like "Shipping TBD") and then create a product called "Shipping" that costs $0.01. The admin can then add this "product" to the order after it's processed, in the appropriate quantity for the shipping charge.

They would need to charge the customer again for the shipping after the initial charge, so they may want to use a payment gateway that allows that kind of thing, or else call the customer to get their credit card details later.
