Customer Groups

Hello everyone!
I have a confusion about copying customer group setting to new customer group. Actually i am trying to copy discounts setting in products of default customer group to my newly made special customers group.
Is there any way or any method to copy all discounts settings of default customer group to newly made customer group.
Its Customer groups NOT user groups!
