Random Option missing in cart

Hello,
On our website our products and an option value. Randomly when our customers check out the option value is not added to there cart? Has any one seem this issue?

Sorry, I think it is 1.3.2 or 1.3.4

I think older versions didn't save the options with the session. So if a customer added a product with option to his cart.. then left and came back later and had to re-login.. the product without options would remain. Thought it was fixed in 1.3.4
