Poor or no Support from Developer

I would like to complain about "waabay" whose module "Multi Vendor Drop shipper VQMod" (Extension ID: 5213), priced high at $159.90, is full of holes - not bugs, but basic functions required for administering a multi-vendor program are missing.
Just to give you an example: commission rate charged on vendor sales is an extremely important & essential part of vendor profile. It varies from vendor to vendor - it is usually negotiated and assigned by Admin post-signup. It needs to be shown in vendor profile as a record of what was agreed. Vendors are insisting on this. This developer has failed or forgotten to provide it in vendor profile, though he has provided the field in the vendor signup form. When pointed out and asked to help in providing this, he refuses.
He routinely refuses all requests for other support issues also, always calling it "customization" even when it is a basic functionality he has failed to provide. He is also customer un-friendly and keeps saying "You knew what you were buying". This behavior is quite unlike all other developers - I have bought scores of extensions/modules in the last one year - they all provide excellent support & are customer-friendly.
Through this post I request others who have bought his module and have suffered - to complain. And the folks at OpenCart to either persuade this developer to change his attitude and provide better support or blacklist him and protect Opencart community from such unscrupulous developers.
