Countries & Zones Translator

Features:
- Ability to translate countries and zones names from native opencart > system > localisation > settings.
- If no translation found fallback to english default translation.
- vQmod usage, no harm dealt to source opencart files

Thank you, yoshiro, for posting that. Well within four hours more than five dozen people have already downloaded it. Now +1, I'll check it out and see how it does on some early versions.
