HELP AFTER VQMOD INSTALL

Hi
We are using OC 1.5.1.3 and have installed the latest Vqmod version. We set it up according to the installation videousing FTP on filezilla. We tested the installation using the usual homepage test www.justbinbags.co.uk/vqmod/install - however when we came to go to our homepage we get the following:
Warning: require_once(../vqmod/vqmod.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/bin666/domains/justbinbags.co.uk/public_html/index.php on line 15
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../vqmod/vqmod.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/bin666/domains/justbinbags.co.uk/public_html/index.php on line 15
If there is anyone who can help in lehmans terms I would be extremely grateful. we are not computer literate however this site is my livelyhood and I am desperate to get it up and running.
