I have had a quick look through your website. Please see my comments.
Bad Points
- Every time you click on a product it opens up a completely new window.
- Why do you have links to a lot of your social profiles like Facebook and Twitter when most of them are empty or they just filled with products that are already on your site? I only say this as you want people to stay on your site as long as possible in the hope they purchase. So why re-direct them to a empty profile page? I agree you need to use social media why not chose 1 or two and use them really well than have 8 and put a little on there
- I would highly not recommend using a gmail email address. If you own the domain name qcosplay.com why not create a email address something like sales@qcosplay.com or email@qcosplay.com just looks a lot more professional.
- I think that Live chat is a really good tool to have on your website, where people can get instant answers. But when you are not in front of your computer or can not man your chat and there is a "Live Support, is offline" without any times to say when its going to be live its annoying. To me it says that you are not in the office to get my order, email, phone call or live chat. I know we can not be there 24/7 but I would either hide the live when you are offline or put times when you are going to be online.

- You are using SEO titles (which is great)
- Simple design, I am really like the additional of the Christmas decorations.
- "Buy Together" Option on the product page. Giving people accessories that they can purchase with the product. I would never have thought about that.
