Is there an extension that would allow me to create a payment link for a customer? While my cart is used primarily for selling products, I occasionally have customers who want to pay for a services invoice online. As it is, I've just created a "product' called online payment where a customer can go and enter a "quantity" for payment. For example, if they owe me $1000, they put 1000 in for the quantity. It would be nice though if I could somehow send them an OpenCart link that would allow me to put in an invoice number and total amount due, and then the customer could just click that and pay the invoice.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Not sure what exactly you mean, how would creating a payment link for each customer than creating a custom product for each customer (with the exact amount and service name). I think would take you the same amount of time and you need no extension to do it this way.

Creating a custom product for each customer would tend to clutter up the system. I'm thinking on the lines of swreg where a vendor can send a customer a "payment link" that is connected to an invoice number. And I guess it doesn't need to be OpenCart at all - it's just that since OpenCart is already linked to my payment processors, it would be "convenient" to be able to use it as the engine.

After mulling it over a bit, I can probably get a PHP geeky friend to create something for me along the lines I need.

Thanks!

Disable the product after payment or delete it, creating payment links would be the same as creating products. Or maybe you can create invoices directly in your payment processor and send them to customers.
