Make Product Model Selectable

Is there any way to make the Model Field on product-data-tab selectable? So it loads previous Models used or use a pre-defined Model I can define based on Manufacturer?

I'm trying to make a simple car store but i don't want to categorize everything cause people where I work think it's confuse. I don't know much about php, but i customize a lot of templates and i am familiar with opencart structure.

Someone can help?
