Shipping costs not being charged

Hello,
I have a site made with Joomla 3.15 and Opencart 1.5.5.1
I have a big problem about "Delivery Method" . I am experiencing problems with flag shipping rate - they are correctly added to the order, but when I arrive at "Confirm order" I'm unable to view it. Idea? Please help me :(

Looks like you either set the "Shipping Order Total's Sort Order to something lower than the Sub-Total one, or you don't have the "Shipping" Order Total enabled at all.
