Request for Quote [serious inquiries only]

To all available Opencart developers:

1. I have project contact data in csv format.

2. I wish to easily upload [every 15 days/manually] the csv file to opencart.

3. Each row is a a single downloadable product. [the product sold is contact information data].

4. On front end, the client sees project name, description, size, start date, etc, but to see all contact data, he/she needs to make a purchase and...

5. ... after he/she makes relevant purchases, will receive one/many links with all the data pertaining to the projects selected..

6. Presumably, to do the import, I would have to map csv column names to Opencart categories, etc.

I have installed Opencart and have installed J.Neuhoff's import/export module. It's a clean product, and I am hoping that it can easily be modified to handle my request?

Please advise.

ps: I also need to upload the Spanish language module and modify the template a bit.

Nobody interested in the job? Automating upload/download of downloabable data?

SO the CSV file is the downloadable product OR each line of the CSV file will contain a downloadable product ?

More clarification please.
