the title of my product shows up the same as my H1
this 1 hepls for seo but they are both the same it should realisticly have some keywords in it
how do i change it

The head title and the h1 title are both titles. There are other places for keywords, which do not all belong in the two titles, which can be the same. Most of us will not have the foggiest idea, beyond what imagination might drag out of the words, what you are selling or talking about.
