Can we add Crypto currencies?

Hi one and all, this is my first time here so very sorry if this has already been asked...

So basically I would like to know if I can get Netcoin added to opencart. Or perhaps there is a mod already you could kindly tell me about? I have looked but can't find aomething like that.

I would like it added and also for the price to auto update based on the current price at cryptsy.com

Cryptsy has an API feature so that can be used to garb the current price...
