I installed Guest Shipping and Billing 1.4.0 and after user enters customer address, the following errors appear on the next page, and I can't figure out how to fix these.

what exactly is guest shipping and billing?

I am getting the same errors. Opencart v1.4.0

also noticed that in addition to the errors the shipping methods are missing.

Sorry about the delayed reply folks. I've been working on other critical projects.

I admit - the original module wasn't thoroughly tested. After releasing the code, we discovered that moving back and forth through Guest Checkout resulted in all sorts of weird errors to crop up at different times that didn't show up until we started doing more testing. Those issues are resolved here. However, I've made some pretty huge changes to the entire codebase that also includes logged in admins being able to do things in Guest Checkout. Those changes will make extracting just this mod rather difficult.

Instead, I would like to submit all my changes back into the main OpenCart repository. The changes I've made are heavily tested and make it possible to handle HUGE numbers of orders in an efficient manner (e.g. capable of processing 10,000 orders of a single item in one month).

That'd be great.
