Upgrade from 1.5.3.1 to 1.5.6.x

Hi There
I am upgrading my site to new theme. Currently i am using ver. 1.5.3.1 on default theme.
the new theme which i want doesn't support 1.5.3.1 so i need to upgrade my current oc to higher version.
If anybody can do it i am ready to pay for it.
