Is there a plugin for this

Hi,
I would like to know if there is a module for shipping
that allows the buyer to choose (from a dropdown list) in which location he would like to recive the item?
ofcourse i need to be able to add those locations

anyone know anything like this?

I have a Checkout Survey extension which allows you to ask a question of the customer during checkout, and attaches the response as a line item to the order. You could place the survey on the shipping step, but note that it does not affect the shipping cost. If you wanted to add an associated fee, you could perhaps use Optional Fee/Discount
