Beste mede gebruikers,

In het adminpaneel van OpenCart heb ik onder 'catalogus -> downloads' diverse downloads staan.
Als ik deze downloads aan een artikel "hang" dan zie ik ze niet terug in de webshop.

Weet iemand wat ik fout doe?

Ik denk dat die pas zichtbaar worden NADAT er betaald is.

Inderdaad eerst een categorie aanmaken - bijv. downloads - en dan een product aanmaken waar je de categorie (die je net hebt gemaakt) aan moet vinken + het download bestand.
Dan komt de categorie "downloads" op je site te staan met het product (het bestand).

Inderdaad zoals Ipaq zegt. De download wordt pas zichtbaar als een klant deze betaald heeft. Het staat dan in zijn account bij downloads.
Bij de instellingen in de admin: system - settings en dan bij options kun je aangeven wanneer de downloads te benaderen zijn. Kies je "complete" bij order status dan kan de klant de download pas bekijken na betaling. Als het goed is staat er dan bij zijn bestelling van de download bij status: "processing". Als jij deze bestelling in de admin goedkeurd (op complete zet) dan kan de kalnt bij downloads het bestand downloaden.
Zolang dit niet gebeurt is staat er dat de klant geen downloads heeft. Deze tekst zou je zelf kunnen wijzigen in
"u heeft nog geen downloads besteld of uw betaling is nog niet goedgekeurd" of iets van die strekking.

Je zou een test account kunnen maken zelf zo dat je kan zien wat de klant krijgt te zien.
Ik hoop dat dit iets duidelijker is.

But anyway....
Someone ask a question about his downloads which not showing up in the webshop.
When a customer wants to download a file they have to pay first (in the admin you have to set the order status) and after paying they can see the downloads in their account. Something like that.

oh.. forgot to read which sub forum i am in... sorry my bad..

I know this post might be a bit late. I am having the same problem that after you have checked out (me testing) the downloads don't show up on the Accounts > My downloads page. What should the status for these products be and can't it be automatic if payment/free checkout is confirmed that I don't have to change the status manualy.

Does this make any sense?

In settings set the download status to the same status as you set the free checkout order status. Then it will be automatic. Whenever the download status = the order status, the download is available. So be sure to match them

It works. Perhaps you didn't link the download to the product

I am sure it not the module.. I have linked the product I have tried various ones... can't you may be just take a look for me please

I have just realised that Free Checkout module doesn't work on 1.4.8b
