Checked the extensions and found a free DHL shipping extension "DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS shipping" by developer

Need to know how this is installed, does it work properly and is it ONLY for the U.S. and U.K. (according to the comments left)? Left comment but would like to know a.s.a.p. if anyone has tried and how to install? Thanks.
