NEED AN ORDER REMINDER

Hello..
My store is selling water filter, and some parts of the filter will need to be replaced in "x" weeks or months. So I need an auto reminder that i can set the time for each product. so when customer buy the product and in "x" weeks or months the system will send an email that he / she need to buy the replacement parts.

is there any extension that can be used for this?
