Possible to total minimum purchase quantities?

Looking to add a 'multi-option' extension which will provide customers the ability to create a combination order in one order ( 25 red small, 13 large blue and 9 green medium of a t-shirt). The t-shirt will be offered at various pricing depending upon the minimum purchase quantity is met to purchase for that specific price. Is there an extension that will enable the cart to TOTAL the 25 + 13 + 9 of the same product and various options selected ALL IN ONE ORDER and recognize if the minimum order requirement has been reached? Unable to find such an extension that will do all this in one order.
