USPS - Not Authorized

OC 1.56 - have just set up USPS account with test keys, etc., but there is no place within the extension page to indicate this is test only. I get Not Authorized error messeages, which I presume is because I only have access to the USPS test server. How do I set the OC extension for test? Thanks.

Thanks - problem fixed by moving to USPS production server (sent email request at night and was up and working next morning). OC apparently cannot send to test servers - same problem exists with FEDEX extensions I've tried.
