Hello again, I am trying to develop an ordering page for wholesale co-operative ordering. The idea is to let retailers pre-order smaller minimums which will be combined with other orders to meet the manufacturers required larger minimums. So if the manufacturer needs 24 we would need 6 orders of 4 (or 4 orders of 6 or whatever) to put the manufacturer order in. I would like the retailers to see what the count is for each item on the ordering form. I was thinking this could be accomplished using the stock tools ... just set the "stock" (but change to word stock "needed to ship" or something like that) to 24 and as the orders come in the number automatically goes down. Then at 24 a notification will be sent out to all buyers, manufacturer and the admin. The count could either be automatically reset or manually. I would also need a list of the orders per item and found this Stock Picking extension - http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... ock&page=2

Am I missing something that would be make it more complicated?
