Bulk import users

Dear sirs,

Maybe someone know how I can make bulk import 4 000 users from csv, txt or exel files?
I am looking this question on forum topics but not found any solved simillar questions.

I have previously imported users from CSV file into the customers table, also adding multiple addresses per customer (into the addresses table), using a custom created PHP script.

Please let me know if you are interested in such a script and I am willing to help.
