Express order based shipping

Is multiple total-based shipping possible on Opencart?

For instance, the configuration should be as follows:

If cart total is $50 or over, then:
- Free shipping is available
- Express shipping is available for $15

If cart total is under $50, then:
- Flatrate shipping is available for $10
- Express shipping is available $25

Not in a default installation, but you can use Total-Based Shipping to do this.
