Rename the 'Paypal' payment option?

I'd like to rename this Payment option, I presume I need to change one of the values in the database to do this. I want to call it 'Visa/ Mastercard or Paypal' instead. At the moment I have a temporarily solution which is just a hard coded card option but obviously that still shows up on checkout confirmation and details as just 'Paypal'.

The reason I need to do this is because calling it just Paypal can be very confusing for customers.
