What would be the ultimate for me is a shipping extension that would allow the following:
set shipping price for each individual product as well as location shipped to.
product 1 ships to US for $9.95 ships overseas for $25.00
product 2 ships to US for$19.95 ships overseas for $40.00
product 3 ships free to US and $195.00 overseas
I sell custom motorcycle frames and engines as well as smaller items and this would be HUGE!

Yes, you can use Product-Based Shipping to do this, but you have to specify a rate for each product + location, so if you have more than a few dozen products it's not ideal. If you can come up with grouping for your products (such as grouping all products that are 9.95) then you can create a single rate for them.
If that doesn't work, I usually recommend trying to figure out some type of weight or volume formula for your products, and use an extension like Formula-Based Shipping.
