Mark customers ( BAD or other )

Hi!

We're having trouble tracking bad or customers that refuse to pick up shippments.
Is it possible to create a mod so that on the front order list there is a mark or a color
for a particular customer.

That way you have an option to sugest to a customer that he can get the orderd stuff if
for instance he pays in advanced.

It's hard to track out if you have to look at every customer and his order history from the
customer menu.

I hope someone can do this mod.

What if you set up another customer group that doesn't have the pickup from store payment option. It only has whichever payment option you want to use requiring payment at time of ordering. To "mark" the bad customer simply change their customer group to the new "bad" customer group. Though I suggest naming it "prepayment" customers instead of "bad" ;-)
