Canada Post shipping format

Good day.

We are using opencart 1.5.5.1 and the latest CanadaPostWS-REST_OCv155.1 shipping module.

Our problem resides in the following : Some our our products could fall in the "letter" or "document" format and not the "parcel" format yet we do not get those values in the shipping module.

For example :

Canada Post (0.02kg) (3x3x3cm)
Priority : 20.28$
Regular Parcel : 8.86$
Xpresspost : 10.37$

Are those values communicated by Canada Post and they are just dropped by the shipping module OR would it be possible to have those entries added to the module.

Main reason is that there is a big difference between $8.86 and $0.63 in shipping for the same item.

Hi Ben,

Canada Post doesn't return lettermail rates in their API calls.
In the older Canada Post SellOnline module I added a separate manual table field for those rates
I haven't yet added that to this newer module but I will do that.
