I am getting this message

Notice: Error: Could not load model tool/image! in /home/booksphb/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_loader.php on line 51

When i visit catalog products.

I dont know what is the problem.


Please assit me.

i used this vqmod once and removed it.

After removing this vqmod, i am getting this error when i visit catalog / product

Your error has nothing to do with the Export/Import tool. It looks like your catalog/model/tool/image.php file is missing or corrupted.

I that case your system/engine/loader.php has been modified by conflicting VQmod XML scripts, causing your error. Do a clean install, no exotic web themes like shoppica, then add VQmod and your VQmod XML scripts, to see whether that solves your problem. As a last step, install your web theme.

I have lot of extensions installed in this project and there is more data in the server.

what if i overwrite loader.php file ?

I have a backup of the opencart source that i have installed.

will it solve this problem.

i have check the last modified date of loader.php it is 13/05/13.

The date i installed this opencart. i think it is not changed.

i fount the problem, the problem was i accidently removed the tools folder under admin/model.

lucky i had a backup. after re uploading them, the error message disappeared.

the export and import is not working in live environment, it is working fine in our development server, so could you please help me on this.

It is coming an empty page.

Check the server's system/logs/error.txt for any entries.

Also, ask your webhost for the general server's error_log which should have some entries in there as to why you get the blank page. Quite often it is a timeout issue.
