Last year we received the sad news that he was diagnosed with cancer and would undergo treatment.
Last time I have had contact with him he was at his fathers house and waiting to start Chemo.
This was last January and since then everything was silent.
Unfortunately I have no contact info so I'm not able to contact his family.
I left him some voice-mails, I contacted the Australian Embassy in The Hague, contacted a Ministry in Australia who advised me to contact hospitals around his area.
I then contacted the Red Cross and and a hotel just around where he live in Tasmania, Australia.
All but no luck

I'm calling on this community in the hope that some-one out there is in contact with him and could inform me via PM.
We all hope he is doing well!
Update:
This is really GOOD news!Hi Norman. Sorry I didn't reply to your last email. I had every intention to, just never got around to it with the chemo and everything. I had 6 sessions of chemo, each 3 weeks apart. So far, the results have been positive, although the doctor reckons that it will probably come back. My hair fell out (as was expected), but I didn't suffer from any other expected side-effects, like nausea or difficulty sleeping, although my father reckons I had mood swings.
Lately, I've spending time getting to know my grandson, as well as giving him an opportunity to know me.
Good to hear from you.
