adding new ordering form in a category

Hi,
Im a new user to open cart. I find OC so much helpful for my business...
I want to start a book shop. Now I just need a feature that----
There will be a category for ordering new books in a form with book info. and customer info.
[ii] If visitors search for a product and dont find it there will be options to take the new order......

I wonder if anybody please solve my problem....
