Diffrent admin product view

Is there any better way of seeing the product list? We recently moved from the old 6.4 CRELoaded to opencart(Finally) but the way to view products is just.....well lets just say its lacking. With CRE everything is organized by category and sort order, not just thrown in all willy nilly like. Is there a Addon or extension available for this? as we have over 4k items and this is just slow and cumbersome to work with with this amount of items.
