Quantity based discount

Hi,
We are looking to add the following discount function -

We want the format to be:

1 case @ as priced
2-3 cases @ (price - 7.5%)
4+ cases @ (price -15%)

But with prices displayed instead of percentage
Can anyone point to an extension that does this or maybe help me to do this.
