The links to my stores link to another page!!

I have 4 websites the three of them are opencart estores. The last days all the links that suppose to link users to my sites link them to another (http://auto-financing-123.com/default.php?note=1). That is happening to the links on my facebook pages (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Meunique/168591566621782) (https://www.facebook.com/ChatzisavvasBagnoDapedo) even in the google search results. I have no idea why this is happening. I communicated with my host but they can not find anything.

Sounds like somebody has gained access to your stores. Suggest you start reading up on some of the security threads here.
