Region / State Drop Down missing for Registering New Users

Hey guys,
I know this issue has been raised quite often, and it seems to be a theme specific issue. Basically, users that want to register are not able to pick their Region/State, as the drop down never appears. However, it does appear for Guest Users.
I have read through all of the suggested solutions available, but none have worked so far. I am running the latest version of OpenCart and the theme I use is Coffee Oskar (http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... _license=0). My website is wafflepantry.com.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
