Discount to different customer groups and customers

Hi,

It would be nice to have the option to apply discounts to different customer groups and/or customers. Have the OC team any plans for this? If not, is there any plugins that would allow me to do this?

I have 5 different customer groups where i would like to apply 5 different % discounts.
