how do I simply make it so the taxes aren't already added to the latest products on the home page. I've been looking for a similar post and cant seem to find an anwser to this problem any help would be greatly appreciated.

yeah I fixed the tax problem not showing up on latest products by changing my region in admin settings.... and the document doesn't help for an international shipping quote
