bundle based on weight

I have a shop with 4 brands, each brand has 3 options, 10mm 15mm and 18mm.
Each brand also has 5 weights 1kg 5kg 10kg 15kg and 25kg

I need to create a scenario where the user can select a Brand and dimension with a set weight, for example 10kg of 15mm.

they select 10kg as their chosen weight - so they have an option to select brand 1 @ 5kg brand 2 @5kg or 10kg of brand1 or brand 2. or 1kg of all 3 brands, 2kg of 1 brand and 10kg of one brand, make sense?

Once they have selected a 10kg total package then they cannot select any more.

I've tried a weight based restriction i.e min max weight but need this per product.

any ideas welcome.
