Is there a shipping module for handling fixed shipping on a per product basis? Each product could have a different shipping cost.

Also, preferable but optional, within each product, if more than one item is purchased, how can we specify reduced shipping cost per item on a tiered structure?

i would like to konw about this...
also i want to know if possible, we can have a shipping module for example.
1st item $15 and additional item will be $3 each...

This one will do per-product. It also supports multiple rates per products based on quantity and uses static value or percentage of the price. So you could set

Product 1: buy 1 @ 5.00, buy 2 @ 2.00(ea), buy 3 @ 1.00 (ea) etc
Product 2: buy 1 @ 10.00, buy 2 @ 4.00(ea), buy 3 @ 3.00 (ea) etc
