I have PSD template and i need a developer to make it work in opencart.

I already have price from some guys from this forum but prices were to high. Now i am speaking with more developers. I am trying to find the cheapest/best one.

Template is not hard. I need it to be complete and clear for SEO position and friendly with search engines.
