Additional Order Emails

Hi Open Cart Community, I am wondering if there's a way for an additional email to be sent to an email address when a customer completes an order. I know that you can set multiple email addresses to receive the generic order email; however, is there a way to create a different email (new format and content) to send to another email when someone completes an order?
