Fedex.. how to specify multiple items in 1 package

I am using the "FedEx Live Rates Global " shipping module.

When a customer purchases multiple items from my store, I normally package them in one box. I would like to know how I can specify that I will ship all items in one box (ex.. Fedex charges considerably more for (3) 5 lb boxes that it does for (1) 15 lb box). The higher "extimated shipping cost" can scare away potential customers.

I would appreciate any help.

The fedex in the core is very simplistic.
