Hi,
I have a problem with SEO Keywords on products. The URL on the main pages and categories are working perfect:-
.com/store/happening-apparel/alfred-trunks
.com/store/designer-gadgets/sophisticated-solar
Additionally I can see the SEO keyword in the products, but unfortunately it comes with a unknown string afterwards:-
.com/store/happening-apparel/alfred-trunks/shorts-kids-designer-bone#.UX-Ax-vk7Eg
.com/store/designer-gadgets/sophisticated-solar/solar-freeloader-classic#.UX-BB-vk7Eg
Has anyone experienced this before or has an idea how to solve this issue?
thanks

check your .htaccess and in doubt replace with original one from downloaded opencart file.

Hi, thanks for the suggestions.
I replaced the .htaccess file with the original from the opencart installation folder package. Unfortunately it has not changed the situation. I still get the full SEO url which is great but I also get the string of letters:-
The SEO url is:
.com/happening-apparel/alfred-trunks/shorts-kids-designer-bone#.UX-Ax-vk7Eg
This is what I entered in the SEO field of the product:
shorts-kids-designer-bone
These are the additional characters that appear on the end of the SEO:
#.UX-Ax-vk7Eg
If I turn off SEO in the settings this is the address:
.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=18#.UYp4fJVyxTM
When SEO is of and on the code at the end seems similar:
SEO - .com/happening-apparel/alfred-trunks/shorts-kids-designer-bone#.UX-Ax-vk7Eg
no SEO - .com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=18#.UYp4fJVyxTM
It seems to be happening without SEO and with SEO.
Does anyone have an idea?

it looks like there are some weird entrys in your database or something like that.
find one of the products that has that and go into admin, edit product, look at url and see if you see something similar.
if not check all fields af oke press save.
in theory product id should now be written correct in database.
if that does not do the job give me a PM and we can see what problem is.

Check your settings for addthis - there is an option in the code to track from urls. If you turn that on when you copy/paste the code, it will add a random tracking code like this to the end of the url.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
[Solved]
Thanks all for the suggestions
I uninstalled everything and installed one by one opencart, themes and extensions until the problem came back.
It happened to be the multistore responsive theme. The developers have agreed and found a problem in the code which they are investigating.

The outcome is that the theme developers made me a custom vqmod to solve the issue. Now all is working
It's worth noting specifically, then, that the author(s) of the multistore responsive theme do(es) back it up with active and effective support. Congratulations, for narrowing the problem and for then taking the best approach to a happy end. Go ahead and mark the opening title Solved to flag it.
