v1.5.5.1 - Australia Post

Hi there,

I'm going through the process of setting up an OpenCart deployment and testing the Australia Post shipping module included with 1.5.5.1.

Could anybody explain how it works? I'm having the following problems.

I have the correct dimensions and weight assigned to a product, less than 500g.
Upon going through the checkout process the rate of $6.95 is correctly charged.

If I change that order to 2 of that product, placing the weight over 500g I am again being offered a rate of $6.95.
The Australia Post Regular Parcel rate for 500g to 1kg is $8.95.

I also find that (being in Perth) if I imitate an order to Melbourne I'm once again offered a rate of $6.95. It doesn't seem to take in to account distance at all.

Could anybody please offer some advice on where I've set this up incorrectly or am I expecting too much from this module?
